BUILDING CERTIFICATE provides building compliance, NCC assessment and building approval assistance to residential, commercial and industrial clients across Perth and Western Australia.

We specialise in NCC compliance assessments, retrospective building approvals, Building Permit documentation and Change of Use assessments. Our work focuses on identifying applicable National Construction Code (NCC), Australian Standards and local government requirements and coordinating the documentation required for building approval.

Our building surveying services are undertaken by a Registered Building Surveying Tech (BSP 2756) in Western Australia, within the applicable scope of registration.

We assist with residential, commercial and industrial projects, including new construction, alterations and additions, patios, sheds, garages, garage conversions, commercial fit-outs and retrospective approvals.

Our services include reviewing architectural drawings and engineering documentation, preparing NCC compliance assessments, identifying compliance issues and coordinating structural engineers, energy assessors, fire engineers and other specialist consultants where required.

Where a statutory Certificate of Design Compliance (BA3), Certificate of Construction Compliance (BA17) or Certificate of Building Compliance (BA18) is required, certification is undertaken through an appropriately registered Building Surveying Contractor.

We work closely with homeowners, builders, designers, architects, engineers and other consultants to coordinate documentation required for Building Permit, Building Approval Certificate and Development Approval applications.
